    Gate Money

    Very interesting video on Gloucester City forum under the thread Gate Money. Basically suggesting an independent review virtually alleges that the National League board are a bunch of crooks. Perhaps someone with IT skills could post it here.

    So Chippenham gain £7199 whereas Hungerford gained £17k
    Not the massive riches Reg talked about.

    Just watched the film and I'm afraid to say nothing surprised me. From F.I.F.A  downwards all as corrupt as each other. Just look how the world cup was awarded.

    Thanks for posting, very interesting documentary. I would say the National League's refusal to take part or respond is at best down to embarrassment or at worst down to guilt. As for Chippenham's finances, I think it's wrong to suggest the cup money means we are all of a sudden in a position to splash out on new players. No home games in December, the club still has running expenses.

    The FA Cup winnings wouldn’t have been budgeted for so big bonus, increase in attendance all adds up, we are in a far better position than most. Planning on new 4G pitch  doesn’t give the idea we are struggling, take Slough for instance, budget cut, losing players, managers resigned. All will be fine at Hardenhuish.
