    I agree Rambler, let’s set out to win games from the off, we have set up in a very defensive way all season. Gary is inexperienced but will have certainly gained a lot from this cup run and will surely look to attack from the off, we have enough firepower to unsettle any team in the league. For the first time in several seasons we have a lot of depth in the squad, both youth and experience, I can only see us climbing the table from now on in.

    Spared what would have been a trip to Grimsby in Round 3… what a let down that would’ve been had we made it.

    Well obviously, but to have made it to the third round after playing Lincoln and Burton and then end up with Grimsby would have been pretty naff.
