Just watched Final Score on the BBC iPlayer to make sure......and yes, we won 1-0! Congratulations to everybody at the club. The draw is going to be exciting.

Absolutely unbelievable result and probably the best in the clubs history. Still can't fully believe the result. Some goal from Hanks as well looking at the replay (didn't quite see it at the game). Incredible day for the club, a lot of credit goes to Horgan who got the subs and game plan perfect today. Lincoln definitely a decent team but were very passive and quite tame really, a deserved win for sure.
Entire backline all a shout for MOTM but Luke Russe with an incredible performance gets MOTM for me was different class today. All eyes on Mondays draw personally hoping for a big away day

Unfortunately unable to get to the game today 😟 due to work commitments - that’s what you get having retired from full time work, then decide to take a part time job ! Still pinching myself over this fantastic result and achievements. The financial reward for winning the tie today will no doubt help the club, and hopefully funds will be made available for Horgs to strengthen his squad of hero’s. Fancy another home game in Round 2, and this time I’ll book the day off 😛 COYMB

Well first and foremost the Lincoln supporters were absolutely great! Spoke to some lads in the Brunel who were true football supporters! Hope you win at Bristol City!
Well Chippenham were outstanding and I didn’t feel as if they would concede late on! MOTM in my opinion was Henry, did everything that was expected of him. Had they showed more composure they could have scored again.
One observation, there was no atmosphere from the Chippenham Supporters. Mainly due to the ‘day trippers’ taking all the seats behind the goal. Looking forward to Gary Horgan on BBC on Monday night! Superb performance lads!

Wow, what a result, cannot be more prouder to be a Chipp fan. Did'nt think it could get any better after seeing us beat Dartford on penalties in last season's play offs or us play Deal in the FA Vase final but today beat those. From the volunteers who made the day go so smoothly to the 1700/1800 Chipp fans who bought tickets (just hope a few newbies who enjoyed the day come back for our league games), the board, especially the chairman who deserve this, the management whose tactics were spot on and the players who gave everything. Let's pack out the clubhouse on Monday to see the draw and make more history.

Well played today what you lacked in skill you made up for in pure guts and determination, wish our players had half of what you’ve got.
Good luck in the next round.

If we get a home tie again perhaps the club could designate an "active support" section behind the goal for St holders?

Did that really happen? What a surreal afternoon that was, a once in a lifetime (maybe) occasion that left me with a huge sense of pride in our club. An unbelievable effort from all those involved in whatever capacity.
They were all heroes but Luke Russe mom for me, covered every blade of grass.

What an astonishing performance. Balls gents. Balls.
Regarding the daytrippers, I recall this happening before - Worcester iirc. As good as It is to see the ground packed, It was \ is quite frustrating when the lads who normally group and provide the songs get dispersed.
Still, I'm sure there are times when they sang the roof off and we got beat, so I'll take this.
What a day.
