Re: Sholing.

Optimistic, as always, Reg.  2:1 win ......just.  Attendance: 526.  Sholing  could easily be  a banana skin. Although they lost at home this week in the FA Trophy, they've had a fantastic start to the season and won all 3 of their Away games. So they know how to do it! Striker Lee Wort has 10 goals in six games.  At the moment it's hard to see where 3 goals, let alone 4, are going to come from us.  Would be delighted to be proved wrong.  Here's hoping.......

Re: Sholing.

Wort scored 5 in one game this season, along with his strike partner Dan Mason they have scored over 500 goals for Sholing. Not sure if any of our squad have scored 50 for us, albeit they probably haven’t been around long enough. Sholing ‘rested’ 5 players against Lymington in midweek so obviously targeting today. We must remember Uxbridge and Hastings from last season and make sure we are on our game,

Re: Sholing.

3-0 Win, very flat and dull first half but a typical spectacular Jordan Young goal put us 1-0 up. Talking point at the end of the half was a mistake from Tizzard causing Will Henry taking out there striker but getting a free kick and a booking only.

Second half completely different, all over them and playing some brilliant football. They were not a great team and didn't really threaten too much. Good performances from Will Richards and Will King but Luke Russe MOTM for me.

Really low attendance at 296, looked like more though.

Re: Sholing.

Agree with Eden. Sholing very very average at best, comfortable win, presumably attendance figure means less £s to opposition. Look forward to Mondays draw, Bath at home .

They need to get past Hartley Witney first, bottled a two goal lead at home today
