Retained List
So it’s that time again. Few points for discussion
So assuming that know one is on a contact, which members of our current playing squad would you want here next season?
My opinion, given recent performances think they all deserve a chance.
Add a couple of strikers, and a couple of others and we have a good squad.
Who would you like us to go in for?
Also whether we get in the playoffs or not, should Horgan and Coupey be given the reigns?

I'd happily keep most if not all of the squad and would be confident of us making the playoffs comfortably next season - it's dropped points against the basement sides that meant we haven't already confirmed a place this year - but as Cook seemingly left because of apparent upcoming budget cuts I'm not sure how many players we can keep hold of!
I think Horgan would have to do a lot wrong now in the final three games not to be offered the job.

If the budget is low end wouldn’t expect a manager of experience in which case I would think it would be Horgan’s job and presumably would be relatively cheap in comparison to a been there and done it manager.

🤷♀️🤷♀️ But we have been getting lower crowds than the club would have expected so a lower budget wouldn't be surprising

Agreed, and he couldn’t really expect an increased budget when we went out of the cups so early.
