Message makes no sense, do you mean a threat of a fine? Are you saying we were fined? Β£5k? Really...

If that isn't an incentive then nothing is. Just 90 minutes away from a massive payday. I just wonder how someone ( I won't name him ) loyalty will lie????

If we can get through. 🀞The game may be to big for our ground. I wonder if switching it to Pompey is an option.   I know it would make financial sense.  And it would still be a great day out for Chippenham fans.  If only we can win tomorrow.  But it is the FA Cup and anything can happen πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜€

The practice of switching ended after Farnborough Town, who were drawn at home in the F.A Cup in 2003, agreed with Arsenal to play them at Highbury instead. I believe the F.A felt that it wasn't in the spirit of the competition. I think the same goes for using a neutral ground.

Re: The FA cup. v Maidenhead. This Saturday.

All hypothetical of course, but no game is too big for our ground.  The game would be all ticket (around 2000 maybe?)  and a magnet for TV.  They love that sort of game with the potential of an upset.  I’m sure the Maidenhead fans are making plans too.
