10 Cup Finals

10 games that will define our season

AWAY
Whitehawk, East Thurrock, Oxford City, Hemel Hempstead, Wealdstone

HOME
Concord Rangers, Weston-Super-Mare, Eastbourne, Truro City, Welling United

How many points might we expect?
I predict 5 away and 10 at home.
Staying up by 1 point!

Re: 10 Cup Finals

The manager has said that we require 12 points to stay up. So that will require a win away against a much improved Whitehawk. With our away form this is not a certainty so our home form must be right on if we are to get the points. Lets hope that Dartford do us a favour today as Poole have a game in hand over us and have signed players on loan to help them stay up. Our signings this season apart from the now departed Twine have been a disappointment, some haven't played a full game others appear to be injury prone. So it's time for the likes of Sandell to step up and score some goals ( Golden boot 2 years running, hardly had a look in against National league defenders).
So come on you Blues show us you really want to stay in this league.

Re: 10 Cup Finals

12 points from the last 30 available might not seem a lot, but given our current form, it's a huge mountain to climb. That said, I still back the team to stay up. 3 points today would definitely ease the pressure.

Re: 10 Cup Finals

Playing 3 centre backs today, Sandell on bench again. Good to see Will Richards involved today.

Re: 10 Cup Finals

9 points required from the last 27 available looks a lot more doable. Let's get them as soon as possible.

Re: 10 Cup Finals

Poole have got a reasonable run in could easily get 16 or more points we might therefore need more than nine unless Hungerford, Concord or Eastbourne implode

Re: 10 Cup Finals

No good setting a points target because as Charlie Bird says that would rely on other teams around us failing. We just need to get as many points as possible and then our fate is in our hands. So come on lads show us the form of last season and get us to safety, starting against W.S.M.

Last years form will have us down. Completely different league.
