Well it will seem strange to be watching Chippenham on a Sunday as we make the relatively short journey to Beaconsfield the temporary home of Hayes and Yeading. Not the best ground and playing surface we will have been on this season. In there last 6 games they have won 2, drawn 1 and lost 3. There temporary home form is poor having won only 4 games at Holloway Park all season. It certainly won't be an easy game with Hayes & Yeading fighting for there lives to avoid a double relegation two seasons on the spin. There should be a decent following from Chippenham with the club running a supporters coach and a good few making there own way there. We should be able to make some noice like at Basingstoke and push the lads on to a win. It's a game we need to win to keep the pressure on Leamington and the chasing pack. Good luck to Mark, Tom and the lads. Let's bring those points back to Wiltshire. 😎

I don't know about that in the twitter stand it started to get squeaky bum time when they went one up and we had the penalty saved, but in Mark and the boys we trust and it's a great result. Now bring on the Welsh!

Well done to all. I see Leamington-Floodlight-Crime fans took that well.
Chippenham have got the league sewn up. Seen enough football in my time to know when teams are THAT flukey/crooked, they win shit.

Brilliant effort by all, fans included. Has Sans season finished and how long for Horgan?

Wow we did it the hard way today. But in the end weve won it. And the points come back to Wiltshire. In the final 15 minutes Mark and Tom threw Richards up front. And brought on Joe McClennan, James Guthrie and Rhys Baggeridge and boy did it pay off. But I think the big turning point was Richards up front, and the gamble payed off when Richards leapt high in the 82 minute to head in A superb equalizer. What a signing he has been. I said all the way through the second half that if we get one we will get two, and in the 89 minute Dave Pratt got above his marker to head in the winner. More than making up for his earlier missed penalty. Agree with Mike the ref did seem to find a lot of added time at the end, but generally I think he had a good game. I didn't think they were a great side but they battled really hard throughout, and they are fighting for there lives. We didn't take our first half chances, and we gave them that all important first goal right on half time. Which you could almost see them physically lifted at the start of the second half as they started to believe. Sandell was badly missed today but this Chippenham side don't know when there beat, And like all good sides keep pushing for the full 90 plus minutes. Great support today, without that I'm not sure if we would have picked up all 3 points. And it was really nice to see Mark Collier come on to the supporters coach after the game and thank the fans for there noicey support today. Well done Mark, Tom and all the lads, now bring on the Merthry at home next Saturday that should be a cracker 😎

Well done boys, we don't know when we are beaten. Another game ticked off.

I know I have said this many times before this season, but yesterday's result and performance was probably the most significant for CTFC this season, giving us that 4 point cushion over the chasing pack again. I'm not sure if not playing Saturday was an advantage for us, as the boy's knew the advantage was only one point following the results the day before. We were not at our best yesterday, and definitely missed Sands and Horgs, which was to be expected. However, this squad is made of sterner stuff these days, and inspired substitutions such as yesterday will win us this league. In Will Richard we have not only the best player in the Southern League Premier, but also the most versatile player. His goal was worthy of any of the top strikers in this league, and Pratty's winner was just as good, and we deservedly got the 3 points in view of the second half performance. The hoards of travelling fans did their bit to encourage the boy's, and even the casual Hitchin/Slough and Chesham who attended the game that I spoke to said if we don't win this league now, it will be rough justice. These crop of lads don't know when they are beaten, and that was evident yesterday. Look out Merthyr - I think our boy's want to continue this unbeaten run which must surely be  Non-League record by now - anyone got any stats on that ? COYMB
