We had 5 subs but 1 was our manager (Jefferies) and 1 the assistant (Clevs)] and as mentioned you can only use 3. When fozzy was manager he only ever wanted 3 as he said why pay someone to sit on the bench who wont come on? Waste of there time and money which can be saved for later when you may need it.
