    It's early days

    Glad to see we are keeping everything in perspective after drawing our opening game and comfortably winning the second. Elsewhere Kettering forum is calling for their manager to be sacked and Leamington are 'going to have this tinpot league sewn up by Christmas'perhaps the latter comment could be shown as a motivational tool to our squad on 20th August.

    And we are happy to have as many points after 2 games than we did after about 10 last season i think

    Hi Fromie.  I was getting worried about you.  It's a great start by the Robins. Have they played well, what is different this season or have you just had the run of the ball. Anyway Goodluck. But not to much when we meet. 😎

    Hi Chippos,
    We at Frome are delighted with our start to the season, a 2-1 win over Hayes and Yeading and a thumping 4-1 win At Cirencester. What do we put it down to ? Well we finished last season very strongly losing just one game from the final fifteen matches and it appears that we have carried that form over into this season. Coupled with the fact that we have a settled squad - we only lost one player in the closed season to Gloucester City and have just lost Hobbs to Larkhall. We have Weymuff at home next Wednesday evening and to put it bluntly we just cannot wait to get the chance to do to them what you did on Saturday. I'm sure that we are looking forward to the game more than the ' Muff

    Sometimes the best signings you make in the summer are the ones who sign back on for you (as you probably feel with Sandell etc)
    Jeffries has said today all the hard work was done last season building the squad so the aim was always persuading them to sign back on which we have done. We have signed 3 Bristol City u 21's on but so far only used one for about 15 minutes so it is purely last season's team continuing on from last season.
    On paper you seem pretty solid all over although you let my acca down 1st day
