Uxbridge v Chippenham Town.

Tommorow will be a tough game. But it's a game we can win if we play at our best. The management & directors know how important it is to come through the F A cup third qualifying round, leaving us just one game away from a possible tie against a football  league club and the money that goes with it.  I know the lads will be full of confidence after the win at Kettering. Good luck to Mark, Tom and the lads lets get the £7500 prize money in the bank.  😎

Surely that goes without saying! Will be tougher than some are predicting but think we will sneak a 2-1 win and bath city in the 4th qualifying round

Re: Uxbridge v Chippenham Town.

An excellent performance against a big physical Uxbridge side. We totally dominated the game from start to finish, with the first goal one of the best footballing moves I have seen from Chippenham in my 8 years of support. Smith won the ball at full back on 14 minute the ball was played to Fergie who knocked il to Sandell who played a sweeping ball across the pitch to Guthrie and at full pace he knocked a superb cross from the bye line for a  Ashan Holgate to head powerfully in to the roof of the net. From that point we became even more dominant playing some really flowing football.  The second goal on 50 minutes was a free kicked crossed in by Guhrie from the right with Fergie timing his run to perfection and he headed right in the corner giving the goal keeper no chance. The third goal in the 82 minute was another cracker the cross from the right picked out Sandell who's fierce volley rocketed in to the back of the net. A real superb team performance. if I had to pick a man of the match I would give it to Matt Smith playing out of position at right back and as at Kettering putting in an outstanding performance. Another £7500 in the bank, and were in the draw on Monday lunch time. No disrespect but I fancy the local derby with Didcott town. A lot of happy smiling faces from the large Chippenham following. Roll on the draw.
