    10 Years ago, a bit of nostalgia

    Doesn't seem 10 years ago when I launched the (then) New Look Sharespace based Club Website and not forgetting the The Bluebirds Beak singing for the first time. Both hacked up in May during the sticky french evenings from a Hotel in Montparnasse Paris with a French Blonde close at hand (The beer Blonde, you understand).
    Summer was in full swing on my return when the new team under Darren Perrin tuned up for pre-season, and I was there on August the 9th 2005 with a high tech 4 Megapixel Panasonic Camera.

    Bluebird 2006 - the missing name is Sam Jones, who I believe joined us from Bristol Rovers after being released from his apprentiship. Sam I believe went on to play for Taunton Town and currently plays for Cheddar in the Somerset County League (Premier ?). Cracking game last night at Hardenhuish between Park and Bradford Town. A nil-nil draw but plenty of chances for both sides to score. Park looked more than comfortable against higher league opposition, and Dave Ferris and Tim have brought in a number of new faces into the squad who looked extremely good. A certain Arron Cornwall, who I'm sure a lot of fans will remember, wobbled around (and I do mean wobbled) for Bradford. Next Park game is Thursday 23/7/15 against Longwell Green, k.o. 7.30pm - all welcome - please do come along and take a look at Park.

    Club appears to be going in the right direction, i watched game and understand that a few of the lads had trained with Town but didnt make the cut, future bright future blue.

    Hi TB - yes Sam Jones! Who were squad no 14 & 15 - sure 1 was Ben Kirk but which one?
    Park did look more than usefull the other night - sorry can't do Thursday
