If they had done this for the season just gone 9th placed Bath City would have made the playoffs (due to Poole and Hungerford not meeting ground regs) despite finishing 34 points below runners-up Ebbsfleet.

Good for us I'd say but in general I'm not in favour. Like I said before if eligible clubs don't meet the grading you could see a 9th or 10th placed club get promoted!
