St Albans 1 CTFC 4 Result

2 goals each from Ross Stearn and Alan Griffin brings St Albans run of 12 games without defeat to an end. Chippenham move up the table and into 11th postion.

Wasn`t able to make the trip but by all accounts Chippenham were by far the better team as the scoreline suggests.

Well done lads and much needed shot in the arm.

Re: St Albans 1 CTFC 4 Result

Just got back, well we asked the players and adie to give us something to shout about,  bloody hell we got that today. Some huge performances today, Stearny especilly getting my vote as man of the match.Today we got those massive commoditys you need when your struggling,  The First goal plus a bit of luck. Its good to see Kev back in goal starting to play like we know he can. Well done boys now lets win the last game.

Agreed - excellent result! Just shows how important an early goal is for us.

Now we need a final good show at home!

A superb result, no doubt about it but a little too late to make up for the rest of the season. Be interesting to see what kind of performance they put in on Saturday, and how many of the team will be playing in the first game of 2012/2013...
