Southern League

Will issue a statement on Hereford United either tonight or Monday. BBC H and W twitter suggest they will be thrown out unless all football creditors have been paid by this evening. Different scenario in Conference where clubs are allegedly threatening to sue the Conference for a loss of revenue if Salisbury are thrown out (one home game short). The Whites have already paid 45k in legal fees and are paying another 50k on Monday. They are also close to installing Steve Claridge as manager. For a club who have been thrown out of Conference Prem twice for money problems they don't appear to have learned their lesson.

Re: Southern League

When it comes to the crunch, Salisbury seem to live a bit of a charmed life, as there are always new investors ready to part with their cash. Weymouth are much the same.
