Re: V Eastbourne Today.

A huge 6 pointer game today. Eastbourne sit a couple of places above us and are 2 points better off having played the same number of games. A win for us today would see is leapfrog Eastbourne and our Monday’s opponents Oxford. Eastbourne will arrive today brimming with confidence, there last four away games have seen them pick up 10 points from a possible 12. But confidence in our camp is also very high after a superb road win at East Thurrock last  Saturday and the way we controlled the game for most of the 90 minutes. Team selection today will be very interesting, but which ever 11 start the game I’m sure Mark and his team will have them fired right up from the off, and we can start fast and take the game to them. 3 points today would see us take a huge step towards safety and a point or three on Monday would almost guarantee National League South Football for us next season. Good luck today to Mark,Horgs,Jas and the lads. Cum on you Bluebirds  😎

Re: V Eastbourne Today.

Yes looks a very tough game with there current away form. But we need to get something today to keep distancing our selves from the bottom three. What I have seen this season is that on our day we can match the best in this league. But on an off day we are extremely poor. We need the Chippenham A team to turn up today.

Re: V Eastbourne Today.

4-0 and a proper "A Team" performance unlike the last home game. Dean Evans was outstanding filling in for Guthrie at RB, but everyone did their bit today. Hope we kept some in the tank for Monday if it isn't postponed

Re: V Eastbourne Today.

A very impressive performance from the whole team today, makes you wonder what went on against Concord? This is the first time I've seen Chambers and he looked the real deal. Josh Smile also had a great game and took his goal well, 2 goals from his last 2 league starts makes you wonder why he wasn't starting earlier in the season. This is a great time to hit a run of form and another 3 points on Monday should see us clear of the relegation dogfight.

Re: V Eastbourne Today.

A great start which put us on the front foot from the off, and a commanding performance from start to finish.  Chambers and Smile gave us that extra something with their pace and ability to stretch their back four but it was a very good all round team effort.  Welll done lads.
Talk on the terraces that Hungerford may drop out of the league (not sure how true that is) but it’ll be nice to look after our own affairs and finish well away from the drop zone. Then it’ll be time to reflect on our first season at this level and how we can build and progress next season.  Interesting times ahead.

The performance carried on from East Thurrock last week, all again played their part. Well done boys we are nearly safe.

Re: V Eastbourne Today.

New Fan Evans didn't fill in for Guthrie, Guthrie is a left back and Hobgoblin let the Concord performance go the manager and players have, move on !!Great result boys..
